Terrible service...mediocre food. We waited over an hour for our food when it was quoted at 15-20 minutes. The pizza was burnt, they forgot our chef salad and the drinks for our kids meal. We found out that there were only 2 employees total working the shift (on a holiday weekend) and they were both new - one had been working for just a week and the other just a few days.
There was a fly in my drink.
While we waited for our food, we heard several other complaints of orders being messed up as well.
As frustrating as the experience was, it was more frustrating to know that an owner or manager would allow 2 brand new employees to run the entire shift without any supervision. The employees working were clearly confused - not familiar with the process and definitely stressed out.
